01Bookings and Payments
Bookings must be requested in advance. To confirm the service, full or partial payment is required as indicated on the platform.
02Changes and Cancellations
- Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: 60% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours in advance: 40% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance: No refund of the booking.
- Date or time changes are subject to availability and carry a CLP 5,000 penalty.
03Waiting Times
- Home/Hotel: Up to 15 minutes of courtesy waiting.
- Airport: We monitor flights. The driver will wait up to 20 minutes after the actual landing.
04Luggage
One suitcase (23 kg) and one carry-on bag are allowed per passenger. Oversized luggage (bicycles, skis) must be reported in advance.
05Liability
The company is not liable for items left in the vehicles or for missed flights caused by force majeure (road closures, extreme weather, third-party accidents).
